A day of reflection to take time out and get in tune

with yourself and nature

10-ooam to 4-00pm

Tea/Coffee breaks provided and self-catering facility available for lunch.

Cost: €25 to cover use of facilities for the day.

Individual counselling and spiritual guidance,

holistic massage, sports massage and hot lava shell therapy are available by appointment. Prices available on request.
