Caraiosa Centre

Come to the centre of Ireland..Come to the centre of yourself..
Compassion through the lens of
Celtic Spirituality
Celebrating Brigid--Goddess and Saint
As Winter comes to an end we move into Spring--Imbolg--when the cold, bare earth and trees give birth once more to New Life.
This is the time of Brigid,
the Celtic Goddess of the land and its fertility
and patroness of dairymaids and cattle.
A day of reflection to take time out and get in touch
with yourselfand your story in a compassionate way.
Through silence, input, meditative walking and music,
you will be facilitated to reflect on the legends and gifts of the Celtic and Christian Brigid and to weave the connections to your own story.
